Damages and Issues
Should you have any trouble with your order involving damages or faults, we can offer replacements or store credit for you. If it is just packaging that is damaged we can also send this out to you.
Our policy to claim for this is 14 days from receiving your order to submitting your details via the form below. Once you’ve completed your form one of our helpful team will be in touch to support.
We do not offer refunds on our trade orders, only store credit where damages or any other issues may occur.
